windows 10 taskbar not working

windows 10 got several issues like windows cortana not responding sleep hibernate issue but the most common issue faced by a windows 10 user is taskbar not working.windows 10 users are crazy searching for the fix but not getting any proper help from any tech forum . Lots of troubleshooting been done but no resolution yet. We , UpgradedTricks.com did some research on it and we found the most effective solution for this. 

Just performing one easy troubleshooting you can get rid of the issue.  this troubleshot also helps resolving the issue listed bellow

1. taskbar not responding 2. start button not responding3.cortana not working 4. search bar not responding 

By performing the step you will be able to resolve above listed issues ...

STEPS

NEW USER ACCOUNT CREATION

FIRST PRESS WINDOWS + R  the run box will open . you need to type 

netplwiz

now press OK

User account control will open. you need to click on add then you need to select sign in without  

Microsoft account and then  click on create a local account tab then you need to type a username  which should be different than the current one if you want you can create a password else you can make it blank 

after this go next and finish 

 then you will be able to see the new account  on the account list on the user control tab 

highlight the new user account by clicking on it and go to the properties. then  go to group membership tab make the user account as administrator by clicking on the radio button press apply and OK now sign out from the old account and login with the new account and check the issue has been resolved or not if the issue has been fixed then  you can copy the data from the old account   to the new account by the following steps 

Go to this pc or my computer

go to C drive 

go to the users folder 

go to the folder named as the previous account copy  all  the data  and paste it on the new user account folder in users 

We hope all issues we were facing been resolved now you can delete the o;d user account by same method follow step one
